That evening, Ed will be hosting a special reception for current RODC students. There he will spend time with current cohorts and also give an opportunity for potential partners to experience the quality of program students.

On the second day, Ed will be moderating panel workshops with global OD practitioners including Dr. Roland Livingston, president of ISODC. During the workshops, Ed will also present ongoing OD DNA research using machine learning assessments to understand the competencies and traits to become a successful OD practitioner.

I’m excited to share, not just about technical competencies, but a different perspective on self and social competence as well. And it’s always fun to spend time with my colleagues from ISODC and other OD practitioners including RODC students which are the future of OD.
