Theory + Practice

Instead of a traditional education model, students in every program are exposed to a blend of scholars, practitioners and recognized global experts in the field of organization development. Each cohort of students are taught and advised by faculty with consulting expertise, executive corporate experience and practical research.

Program Design

Courses are bilingual and localized allowing students to practice international communication through teaching interaction, essay assignments and global case studies. Programs are designed for the professional learner already working at senior management levels with a combination of online and offline learning for all styles. Students will also take part in annual learning events in America (approximately 10 days per year).
